With the DoorCheckr app, any user can quickly create maintenance tickets to report door issues, such as faulty locks or damaged hinges, directly from their Android device or web dashboard. Add photos and detailed notes to ensure clarity for maintenance teams.

Manage Users and Permissions

Administrators with Premium Tier access can add and manage users in the Users module, assigning roles to control ticket handling and ensure efficient workflows.

  • Maintenance Personnel: Receive and address tickets without administrative privileges, focusing on repairs.
